Returns & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at SMART Kitchen Collctive. We want you to love what you bought, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

3. Shipping Costs

  • General Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g., intimate apparel, earrings)

5. How to Start a Return

To start the process, please email us at info@smartkitchencollective.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
